1. Reservation and Payment:

• Enrollment is confirmed only after receiving full payment or a deposit as specified.

• All payments must be completed before the training start date.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.

• Participants may reschedule their training once, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

3. Non-Transferable:

• Enrollment and materials provided are exclusive to the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Kit and Materials:

• Training kits (basic or premium) will only be provided during the course and not beforehand.

• Kits and manuals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Participation:

• Participants must attend the entire duration of the training to receive a certificate of completion.

• Practice on real models (if applicable) is mandatory and must be conducted under the instructor’s supervision.

6. Add-Ons:

• Brazilian Waxing and Speed Waxing Add-Ons are available for $200 each and must be confirmed during enrollment.

• Add-Ons are only available as part of the Basic Training.

7. Certificates:

• Certificates of completion will only be awarded to participants who meet all course requirements.

• Partial certificates or early issuance of certificates will not be provided.

8. Late Arrival Policy:

• Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late may miss part of the practical sessions without entitlement to a refund or makeup session.

9. Promotions and Offers:

• Promotional offers (such as discounts for the first 5 clients) are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions.

10. Safety and Hygiene Policy:

• All participants must comply with the hygiene and safety standards established during the training.

11. Right to Changes:

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel training in the case of force majeure, notifying participants in advance and offering a refund or rescheduling option.
